Power Outage Reported in Cape May

CAPE MAY – Cape May City experienced a power outage about 6:20 p.m. Sept. 5 that was expected to last from one to two hours.  

The outage was being corrected by Atlantic City Electric crews.  As of 8:50 p.m. the utility’s outage map showed no outages in the city. 

The police department asked the public to refrain from calling the department so as not to tie up emergency services.
