FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP – Police have identified the motorist killed in a wrong-way crash on Route 55 June 22, NJ.com reports.
Peter Koslowsky, 33, of Erma was driving a pickup truck southbound in the northbound lanes of Route 55 shortly before 3 a.m. when he collided head-on with a dump truck.
Both vehicles caught on fire and Koslowsky died at the scene.
The dump truck driver, Dick Langlois, 52, of Millville, was hospitalized with “moderate” injuries.
The northbound lanes were shut down for about six hours, the report continued.
