ERMA – Lower Township Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 9 in Erma around 7 a.m. Feb. 15.
The unidentified driver of the pickup truck hit a utility pole, resulting in the road being closed from Towerview to Breakwater roads.
No injuries were reported.
Erma Volunteer Fire Company, Lower Township Rescue Squad and Atlantic City Electric also responded to the scene.
