Parkway Crash Injures Two

MARMORA — Two people sustained non-life threatening injuries here on the Garden State Parkway just south of exit 25 when their vehicle left the roadway and traveled into woods, according to radio reports.
Marmora Fire Department, Upper Township Rescue Squad, Medic 8 and State Police from Woodbine and Bass River stations were dispatched to the scene around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan 6.
A male and female were trapped in the vehicle, and required extrication, according to State Police.
Victims were transported to Cape Regional Medical Center by Upper Township Rescue Squad.
The accident is under investigation by troopers at Bass River Station.
