N. Cape Man Dies in Parkway Crash

MARMORA – Troopers from New Jersey State Police Galloway Station responded to a fatal motor vehicle crash at mile marker 24.1 on the Garden State Parkway northbound March 22 at 6:54 a.m.
State Police Sgt. First Class Gregory Williams said Anthony Wescott, 26, of North Cape May was traveling northbound en route to work when his vehicle, a 2009 Ford F350, left the roadway and went into the woods. Wescott, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced deceased at the scene at 7:27 a.m.
The crash is under investigation by troopers from New Jersey State Police Galloway Station.
