SOUTH SEAVILLE – An Ocean City man died in a motorcycle crash in South Seaville April 24.
According to information provided by Trooper Alejandro Goez, of the State Police Public Affairs Office, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Dennis Noble, 56, was traveling south on Route 9 at 7:26 p.m. when he struck a utility pole at mile marker 22.5.
Noble was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Troopers from the Woodbine Barracks responded and perhaps local EMS (emergency medical services), although that is not clear from our report, as Noble was not taken to a hospital,” explained Goez. “The weather and road conditions were reported clear and dry at the time of the accident, and its causes remain under investigation,” he concluded.
