Motor Vehicle Accident in Lower

NORTH CAPE MAY – On Wed., Feb. 2, 2012, at approximately 4 p.m. a one-car motor vehicle accident occurred at Ferry Road and Sheriff Taylor Boulevard. The driver lost control of her car, took out a traffic light, ending up in the ditch. The Town Bank Fire Department responded, using the Jaws of Life to free the victim, who was then transported to Cape Regional Medical Hospital by Lower Township Rescue. Her injuries were reported to be not life threatening. The accident is being investigated by Lower Township Police Department.
