MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP – Court House resident Calvin Cossaboon Jr., 50, was fatally injured in a Dec. 11, 1 p.m. two-vehicle crash on State Highway 70 in Manchester Township, Ocean County, according to a story in the Ocean County Signal.
