SEAVILLE – David Loder, 76, of Ocean View was struck and killed by a motor vehicle while crossing Route 9 near the intersection of Evergreen Drive in the Seaville section of Upper Township, according to NBC 40.
The accident occurred July 21 around 7:00 p.m.
State police are currently investigating the crash.
