Lower Firefighters Respond to Two-Vehicle Crash

ERMA — Erma and Villas volunteer firefighters, Lower Township police and rescue were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash Tue., Jan. 31 about 4 p.m. at Seashore Road and Earl Drive, immediately west of railroad tracks at Bennett’s Crossing.
Involved was an Isuzu box truck and Ford Focus. Extent of injuries was not immediately available.
Firefighters used the Jaws of Life hydraulic tool to free the car’s passenger.
No further information was available.
