Local Man Hurt in Bayshore Road Crash

LOWER TOWNSHIP– The driver of a vehicle that struck a a tree on Bayshore Road Sunday morning was airlifted to the trauma unit at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City.
The crash occurred at around 6:45 a.m.
According to a report by the Press of Atlantic City the driver was identified by police as 20-year-old John C. Shelton IV.
Lt. Thomas Keywood said Shelton was extricated from the car.
