Hunter Falls 20 Feet From Deer Stand

TUCKAHOE- On Nov. 21, at 9:19 a.m. the Upper Township Rescue Squad, Tuckahoe Fire Department, AtlantiCare paramedics and New Jersey State Police responded to the high lines off of Narrows Road for an adult male hunter who fell approximately 20 feet from a tree stand.
The victim was located approximately 75 yards from the roadway. An off road 4X4 ambulance from Belleplain Emergency Corps was requested to the scene to assist in transporting the patient to the roadway.
The patient was airlifted to an area trauma center by SouthSTAR medevac for precautionary reasons.
