GREEN CREEK – Middle Township Police Department responded to SH 47 in Green Creek for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle Nov. 9 at 11:47 p.m.
The pedestrian, Michael Smith, 39, of Green Creek, was crossing SH 47 when he was struck by a Ford Expedition, driven by Faith Glenn, 22, of Vineland. Smith was critically injured in the crash and was airlifted to Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City.
The crash is being investigated by the Middle Township Major Crime Unit and the Fatal Crash Team.
