Goshen Crash Closes Route 47 Memorial Day

GOSHEN — Middle Township police, rescue, Goshen firefighters sent to reported overturned vehicle area Cardinal Drive and Route 47 Mon, May 28 about 9:39 a.m.
At 1:30 p.m. Route 47 remained closed in Goshen. Traffic was rerouted due to downed wires from the crash.
Early radio reports indicate two persons trapped in vehicle. Jaws of Life was requested to free the occupants.
The crash involved an electrical pole with downed wires.
Traffic was being diverted northbound at Buck’s Avenue and also southbound at Goshen Road and Route 47.
