RIO GRANDE — Middle Township police and Rio Grande Fire and Rescue units were called to the scene of a four-vehicle accident July 26 at about 1:10 p.m. at Route 47 and Sixth Street, by Shop Rite Supermarket.
Rio Grande firefighters used the Jaws of Life extrication tool to free a victim from a late model Cadillac that was struck from behind by a cement truck.
No information was available on the severity of the injuries.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
