STONE HARBOR — Borough police reported that on Thursday, July 9 at 11:29 p.m., they received a report that a person had fallen down a flight of stairs at 261-96th Street, Harbor Bizarre Food and Spirits.
When officers arrived, they found Mark Starr, 40, of Toms River had apparently fallen down a flight of stairs, and was rendered unconscious and unresponsive.
Starr was flown via medevac helicopter to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center trauma unit.
Alcohol may have been a factor, police stated.
