CREST HAVEN – A dump truck carrying dirt overturned Nov. 18 at 12:52 p.m. on the Garden State Parkway southbound at milepost 11.7.
New Jersey State Police said preliminary investigation revealed the dump truck, driven by Rick Racedo, 59, of Philadelphia, swerved to avoid a vehicle and overturned.
There were no serious injuries reported.
The southbound right lane was closed two hours for clean-up, and reopened at 2:48 p.m.
