Driver Charged with DUI

VILLAS — Lower Township police charged a Pennsylvania man with driving under the influence of alcohol following a two-vehicle accident Mon. Oct 31 at 8:53 p.m. at Bayshore Road and Delaware Parkway.
John Tornetta of Wayne Pa., was charged with DUI.
The driver of the vehicle that was struck suffered a neck injury and was airlifted to a hospital, according to Lt. Thomas Beeby
