Driver Airlifted Following Crash into Tree

SEAVILLE– State Police are investigating a single vehicle crash that occurred just before 5. p.m., here on Stagecoach Road just north of Preswyck Lane.
The vehicle involved left the roadway for unknown reasons, entered the front lawn of a home and struck a tree head-on.
Upper Township Rescue Squad and Seaville Firefighters were dispatched to the scene with AtlantiCare paramedics.
The driver who was reported to be combative and convulsing at the scene was airlifted to the trauma unit at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City by MedEvac 5.
The Marmora Fire Department assisted with the landing zone assignment.
