Driver Airlifted After Crash in Marmora

MARMORA– State Police are investigating a single vehicle crash that occurred in the 900 block of Stagecoach Road on Sunday, Nov 1 at 6:15 p.m.
According to reports, a vehicle struck a utility pole.
The Upper Township Rescue Squad, Medic 8 and the Marmora Fire Department were dispatched to the scene. No entrapment was reported.
South Star medevac was requested to airlift the driver to Atlanticare Regional Trauma Center in Atlantic City. The flight crew reported the driver was a 23 year old male in stable condition with a head injury. The driver was not wearing a seat belt according to reports.
