Dirt Bike, Moped collide Teen Airlifted

ERMA– South Star was requested to airlift a 16-year-old male who was riding a moped when he collided with a dirt bike here on Weeks Landing Road, around 4:25 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15.
South Star was called as a precaution, according to police on the scene. The injures did not appear to be life threatening, police said.
South Star reported they were en-route to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City with a 16-year-old in stable condition with a large cut and possible broken bone in his leg.
Charges are pending according to police.
