WILDWOOD CREST — On Sun., July 31, few minutes past noon, Wildwood Crest Police responded to a call reporting a pedestrian/motor vehicle accident. Officers responding to the call found Christopher Giangiulio lying in the street on the 6900 block of Pacific Avenue. Giangiulio was injured as a result of striking a moving vehicle.
According to a police investigation, Giangiulio was riding his bicycle southbound in the 6900 block of Pacific Avenue. He then turned in to southbound traffic and struck a vehicle being driven by a man from Andover.
Giangiulio sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident and refused medical treatment at the scene. The vehicle sustained damage to its passenger side. No one in the vehicle was injured.
Giangiulio was issued a summons for failure to keep right of traffic
