Crash Kills Tuckahoe Man, Three Injured

TUCKAHOE — A Tuckahoe man was killed and three of his passengers were slightly injured in a one-vehicle accident on West Sunrise Road, May 30 at 6:45 p.m.
According to State Police Capt. Frank Davis, Christopher Sack, 18, of Tuckahoe, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His passengers, Jeffrey Pinkerton, 23, and two 17-year-old females, were transported to Shore Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
Initial investigation revealed the vehicle lost control on the dirt road, left the roadway and struck a tree on the front driver’s side. It hit two other trees before stopping.
The crash remains under investigation, although there was nothing suspicious, Davis stated.
