Court House Firefighters Check Chemical Spill at School

BURLEIGH — Court House volunteer firefighters and Middle Township police were dispatched to Cape Christian Academy on Route 9 here about 9:44 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3 for a reported chlorine spill.
There were no reports of any student injuries.
A teacher, who was mixing chemicals when the incident occurred, was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center by Middle Township emergency medical personnel for treatment.
No further information was available.
