Coast Guard Crew Medevacs One Near Cape May

CAPE MAY CITY– The Coast Guard medevaced a 27-year-old male Friday from a 151-foot boat half mile off the coast of Cape May.
The Coast Guard received a call at 6:38 a.m. from a crew member aboard the Relentless reporting a crew member injured his upper arm region while picking up an object.
A rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Cape May arrived on scene and transported the man to Station Cape May where he was transferred to awaiting emergency medical personnel.
