A seasoned chef brings his talents to the Wildwoods Convention Center

Well Bread Catering announced the appointment of Chef Andrew Tuano to Executive Chef for all food and beverage operations at the Wildwoods Convention Center. Chef Tuano brings years of experience to his multi-faceted position. He will oversee all catering operations, banquets, weddings, parties, corporate functions and concessions for the 260,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art convention and entertainment facility.
Chef Tuano most recently was the executive sous chef for Congress Hall Hotel in Cape May, where he was responsible for all banquet events, weddings and corporate functions, as well as the operation of the Blue Pig Tavern Restaurant.
His experience also includes such well-known establishments as Martini Beach Restaurant, Queen Victoria Bed and Breakfast, and The Chalfonte Hotel, all in Cape May. He is a 1986 graduate of The Academy of Culinary Arts.
“The quality and service of our food and beverage operation is of utmost importance to us and our customers, and we feel we have upgraded our product with the addition of Chef Tuano,” Greater Wildwoods Tourism Authority Executive Director John Siciliano said.
