The 9th Annual Fallen Heroes Polar Bear Plunge took place at 15th Avenue and the beach in North Wildwood Feb. 25. About 1,300 participants took the plunge to benefit the Philadelphia Police Fallen Heroes Fund, MRSA Awareness, and local scholarships.
