MOONEY, CATHERINE M. 1957-2024 Catherine M. Mooney, 66, of Woodbine, NJ, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on April 13, 2024 surrounded by her loving friends. Catherine was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Joyce Mooney. She was a 20 year-long employee of Panzini's (Soprano's) Pizza in Woodbine. Known as Cathy to her family and friends, nicknamed "Reds" by many of her customers, she was sure to leave a lasting positive impression on you. She would strike up a funny, friendly, or heartfelt conversation with everyone she met. She took the time to always remember birthdays (including some of her customer's), and she would always have a card for you at the ready. Those who knew her, loved her. She was genuine, always thinking of other people. She never shied away from sharing her love, and appreciation for Jesus with anyone she had the opportunity to. Catherine was prede-ceased by her husband John Lauber Sr., and her parents Joseph, and Joyce, as well as her brothers John, James, Francis, Patrick, and sister Mary. Catherine is survived by her son John Lauber Jr., her brothers Joseph (Carol), William, Thomas "Butch", and sisters Isabel (Brian), Joyce (Vince), and Beatrice (John), as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, whom she adored. Memorial Sevice will be held Wednesday May 8, 2024 at 10:30 am at The Gathering Church at 119 NJ-50, Corbin City, NJ 08270.
