From Angelic Health

If you’re caring for a loved one with dementia, experiencing memory loss, have a chronic condition, overwhelmed by grief, or struggling with mental health issues, stop by the Angelic Health at North Main Family Practice, 108 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House for an open house January 17 from 1 to 6 p.m. to learn more about these programs to help you and your loved ones.

“We are excited to expand services within our community,” said Angelic Health’s CEO Dan Mikus. “Many people need support for chronic conditions, memory care, mental health, and grief counseling, for themselves or a family member. The office provides them with easy access to these services.”

The open house will feature free discussion with healthcare professionals, gift card drawing, refreshments, a special presentation regarding the benefits of Angelic Health Music Therapy, and more.

Angelic Health Memory Care Program supports individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, and those who care for them. This unique service is covered by Medicare and provides a trained personal dementia coach and a nurse practitioner. Every individual is assessed and provided with a customized care plan including access to supportive resources and education for both patient and caregiver.

Mental Health Counseling is provided for those who are having difficulties with a loss of any kind. Serious or chronic illness as well as the death of a loved one can cause depression and other mental health issues.

Visits can be scheduled by calling 856-812-3299. Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance plans are accepted.
