Margaret Kittner Bethel from Coastline Realty in Cape May deserves heartfelt congratulations for being named the 2023 REALTOR® of the Year by the Cape May County Association of REALTORS® (CMCAR). Having been a resident of Cape May for over four decades, Margaret, alongside her husband Jay, has raised three children in the community.
Her extensive involvement spans close to two decades, during which she has actively participated in various CMCAR committees, including Community Service, MLS, Scholarship, Grievance, and the Board of Directors.
Margaret’s commitment to both the community and the local REALTOR® association is clearly demonstrated through her dedicated volunteer work and professional contributions. With a career in real estate that began in 2004, Margaret has been instrumental in helping numerous individuals achieve their dream of owning a home at the shore.
Having earned the Circle of Excellence Sales Award five times, she diligently works to ensure that the process of buying a new home or selling a property is seamless and stress-free.
