William F. Mammele, Sr., 81, formerly of Sea Isle City, passed peacefully on Monday, November 11, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
Bill was preceded in death by his father and mother Bill and Louis Mammele, his brother Ronnie, brother-in-law Abie Kremmelbein, and Julie, the mother of grandchildren Bill and Matthew Mammele.
Bill was raised in Sea Isle City. He was a building inspector in Atlantic and Cape May County for 10 years. He was a volunteer fireman for 40 years.
He loved boating and fishing with his best friends Tom Reich and Tom (Hoagie) Leonardis and our special group.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Dolores, his children Dolores Mc-
Nulty (John), William Mammele (Rachel), and Christine McMullan; grand-children Jimmy McNulty (Heather), Shannon Gipple (Tim), Bill Mammele (Jamie), Matthew Mammele, Caitlin McMullan, and Sophie-Lily-Tessie Mammele; great grandchildren Jimmy McNulty and Cooper and Cole Gipple; his sister Louise Kremmelbein, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bill will be deeply missed and fondly remembered, as he meant the world to so many.
Services to celebrate Bill's life will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024. Viewing will be held from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. with the Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, 44th Street and Landis Avenue, Sea Isle City. Interment to follow at Calvary Baptist Cemetery, Ocean View.
