Cape Regional Health System has announced the appointment of Lisa Gault, MSN, RN, FN-CSA to Director of Intensive Care Services at Cape Regional Medical Center. Lisa, who has been a member of the Cape Regional team since 2018, previously served as Manager of Learning and Development.   

In addition to pursuing her Doctor of Nurse Practice from Wilmington University, Lisa is a graduate of Wilmington University with a Master of Science in Nursing Executive Leadership and Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She also holds a Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate from Florida Atlantic University School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. 

“On behalf of the entire Cape Regional Team, I congratulate Lisa on her promotion to Director of Intensive Care Services,” stated Adrienne Abbot, DNP, MSN, RN, Chief Nursing Officer, Cape Regional Health System. “Lisa is a highly valued leader; she has an exceptional rapport with team members and medical staff members across the health system. We wish her all the best in her new role.”

As Director of Intensive Care Services, Lisa will plan, direct, implement and evaluate the operations of nursing and support staff in Cape Regional Medical Center’s 16-bed Adult Intensive Care Unit.
