The Lower Cape May girls lacrosse team began their season at the Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando

The Lower Cape May girls lacrosse team began their season at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Fla. posting two wins.
The Lady Tigers won their first game, 15-13, against Columbus School, Ohio. Maya Critchfield led the team with five goals with Abby Boyle adding four.
They earned their second win against Mount St. Mary’s, 13-11. Critchfield led the team with seven goals.
The Wildwood Catholic softball team traveled to Myrtle Beach, S.C. to compete in the Grand Strand Softball Classic Tournament. The Lady Crusaders went 5-0 during their trip.
They continued their success back in New Jersey with a 12-4 road win against Williamstown. Brianna Bailey went two-for-four with four RBIs, two runs and a double. Pitcher Emily Cimino had seven strikeouts.
The Cape May Tech baseball team also competed in Myrtle Beach, winning their first game 9-1 against Kentucky Day. Carson Denham pitched a no-hitter for the Hawks.
They dropped their second game, 7-2, against Bethlehem, K.Y. James Longstreet had eight strikeouts as pitcher.
They won their third game, 9-7. Zach Robbins, Jake Morrisey, James Longstreet and Aiden Hoffman each had two hits and a double in the win.
