OC, Middle Win on the Road

Ocean City quarterback Harry Pfeifle (31) has been a strong force in the Red Raiders success this season.

Cape May County Football Results:
In Friday night action, Ocean City won 27-14 on the road at Absegami. Senior quarterback Harry Pfeifle led the Red Raiders with three touchdowns. Defensive lineman Arthur Spackman added a touchdown late in the fourth quarter off of an interception to secure the win.
Ocean City is now 3-1 and will make the short trip to Middle Township on Friday night. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Memorial Field.
Middle Township traveled to Triton Reg. on Friday night and won, 38-33. Sophomore Karl Giulian was dominate on the offense, leading the Panthers with a game-high four touchdowns. Quarterback Cameron Hamer also added a touchdown in the victory.
Middle Township is now an even 3-3 and will host Ocean City on Friday night at 6 p.m.
Wildwood fell 61-8 on the road at Gloucester Catholic this past Saturday morning. Greg Mitchell had an interception in the first quarter and Divine Jones scored a touchdown for the Warriors in the fourth quarter.
Wildwood drops to 0-5 and will travel to Plesantville (3-1) on Friday night. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Lower Cape May (1-3) returns to action this Friday night to host Oakcrest (0-5) at 7 p.m. in Erma.
