Meatball Contest Fundraiser for Goshen Fields

By Press Release

COURT HOUSE – Think you have the best meatball in Middle Township? Prove it at the first annual meatball contest hosted by the Middle Township Baseball and Softball Association. The fundraiser will be held April 9 at 7 p.m. at the Bellevue Tavern, 7 S. Main St., in Cape May Court House.
Contestants need to bring 12 meatballs with gravy for judging. If you would rather come to see who is crowned champion, there will be spaghetti, sausage and meatballs for all.
Middle Township businesses are donating gift certificates and baskets for raffles.
Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children under 12. Tickets are available at the Bellevue, by calling Mike DiPalantino at (609) 602-1011or Alicia Bright at (609) 408-0077. Tickets will also be available at the door if there are extras.
Proceeds benefit the reconstruction of the playing fields at Goshen Complex.
