Lower Township Winter Sport Registrations

The Lower Township Department of Parks and Recreation has extended registrations for the following winter sports programs. Youth Wrestling, registrations have been extended and being accepted through Nov. 25, 2012. All practices and matches will be held at the Richard M. Teitleman Middle School. Children in grades 1st through 6th are eligible for this program. There are two levels offered, beginner and advanced. Travel is to be expected as part of this program for some matches.
Youth Basketball registrations have been extended and are being accepted through Nov. 25, 2012. All practices and games will be held at the Lower Township Recreation Center. Boys in Grades Kindergarten through 6th and Girls in Grades Kindergarten through 8th are eligible for this program. League breakdown is as follows: coed kindergarten, coed 1st and 2nd grades, coed 3rd and 4th grades, 5th and 6th grades boys, and 5th through 8th grade girls.
All registrations for these programs are to be held at the Lower Township Recreation Center. Registration will be held Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., and Sundays 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Fee schedule as follows: Lower Township residents: $15.00 for 1 child, $25.00 for 2 children, and $30.00 for 3 or more children. Non-residents: $20.00 for 1 child, $30.00 for 2 children, and $35.00 for 3 children or more. For additional information please call 886-7880 Ext. 0
