Lower Township Offers Zumba Classes

VILLAS- Adult Zumba classes are being offered by the Lower Township Department of Parks and Recreation.
The classes with instructor Lindsay Bechtler are ongoing and are held Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Lower Township Recreation Center, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas. The fee is $5 per class.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired aerobics class that is based on the principles of interval training. It’s a “feel good” workout that blends traditional dance steps with basic fitness moves so that everyone can participate.
