ERMA — The annual Coombs/Douglass Memorial Bay Run will be held on Sat., Aug. 7 be-ginning at approximately 8:30 a.m. The event will consist of a two-mile and a five-mile run.
The starting point of the run will be in front of the Townbank Fire Hall. The majority of the run will occur on Club-house Drive, Shore Drive and Beach Drive in North Cape May.
Due to the amount of runners and road closures, motorists are re-quested to avoid this area during the hours of 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Motorists can expect delays and detours in the area of Townbank Road, Clubhouse Drive and Beach Drive, as a portion of the course will be closed to traffic. Douglass Park will also be closed from 10 p.m. Fri., Aug. 6, until the end of the run on Sat., Aug. 7.
