Lower Cape May’s Chase Mendyk Scores 100th Career Goal

ERMA – Lower Cape May’s Chase Mendyk became the first junior boys’ lacrosse player to score 100 career goals on May 12. Mendyk’s goal came off an assist from Chuckie Magill early in the first quarter in the team’s 12-4 home win against Vineland. He had two goals for the Caper Tigers along with teammates Jarryd Hill, Sam Gellura, Branden Smith and Will Franqui. Harrison Clark made seven saves in net.
