CAPE MAY — Lower Cape May Regional High School was the overall winner of the Cape May Tennis Club fifth annual High School Girls Round Robin Tennis Tournament held Sept. 13.
Other participating high schools were Wildwood High School, Wildwood Catholic High School and Jenkintown Pa. High School.
Winner of the first singles competition was Hilary Leissen of Jenkintown.
Second singles winner was Jeri Ann Gerace of Wildwood Catholic.
Third singles winner was Lindsey Gall of Wildwood Catholic.
First doubles winners were Samantha Douglas and Alex Barikian of Lower Cape May Regional.
Second doubles winners were Becca Crossan and Erin Barnes from Lower Cape May Regional.
Greg Douglass coached Lower Cape May Regional’s team.
Assistant Tournament Director Mercedes Baumann estimated a total of 50 to 60 players competed in the tournament.
