Junior softball player Emily Cimino earned her 100th career hit in Wildwood Catholic’s 19-5 win over Cape May Tech on April 19. Annika Marks hit a grand slam in the victory for the Crusaders. For the Hawks, Paige Sittineri had two RBIs and a double.
The Cape May Tech baseball team won 9-5 at rival Wildwood Catholic on April 19. Zach Powers scored two runs and an RBI for the Hawks. Phil Pffafman hit a double and had two runs for the Crusaders.
The Ocean City baseball team won a close 1-0 game against rival Mainland Regional on April 19. Dan Nunan had eleven strike outs as pitcher for the Red Raiders.
The Lower Cape May golf team won 204-212 against Oakcrest. Kolby Carter hit a 41 and had a birdie for the Caper Tigers.
The Ocean City golf team is 6-1 after April 19’s 169-221 win against Absegami. Jack Sullivan shot a 38 for the Red Raiders.
The Ocean City boys lacrosse team moved to 7-2 on the season after April 19’s 13-4 win against Holy Spirit. Anthony Inserra scored four goals for the Red Raiders.

The Lower Cape May and Middle Township golf teams celebrated their Parents Day on April 18 at the Cape May National Golf Course. The visiting Panthers won the match 178-207 at the par-36 course. Andrew Kapp shot a 41 with a birdie and PJ Schulte shot a 44 with a birdie for Middle. Kolby Carter shot a 48 for the Caper Tigers.
The Ocean City golf team won a tri-match with Millville and Vineland with the score of 153 at Greate Bay Country Club on April 18. Jack Sullivan shot a 36 with two birdies for the Red Raiders at the par-35 course.
The Wildwood Catholic golf team won 202-221 against Buena Regional at the Shore Club on April 18. Taylor Ohntrup shot a 43 at the par-36 course for the Crusaders.
The Middle Township boys tennis team defeated Wildwood Catholic on April 18, 5-0, to stay unbeaten at 9-0 so far this season.
Ocean City won 4-1 against Oakcrest in their boys tennis match on April 18. The Red Raiders are 6-1 overall this season.
The Middle Township girls lacrosse team won 14-8 against Cedar Creek to improve to 5-1 overall on the season as of April 18. Kira Sides led the team with four goals and two assists.
