AVALON – CONTACT Cape-Atlantic will hold the 31st Annual Avalon 5 Miler on Saturday, July 9 at 8:00 a.m., with registration beginning at 7:00 a.m. This 5 mile run and 2 mile walk begins at the Avalon Community Hall, 30th and Avalon Avenue, Avalon, NJ. Pre-registration is $18 and same day registration is $20. T-shirts to the first 125 registered.
