In the first game of the season, Middle Township earned a 35-7 road win at Cumberland Regional on Aug. 30. Cam Hamer, Karl Giulian, Matt Marino and David Hayes each scored.
The Panthers traveled to Delaware on Sept. 7 to take on Seaford Senior High School and earned their second win, 41-0. Cam Hamer and David Hayes each had two touchdowns with Romeo Rodriguez and Charlie McNeal adding one.
They stand at 2-0 will travel to Buena Regional on Sept. 14 for their next game at 7 p.m.
Ocean City took on Egg Harbor Twp. on Sept. 7 and won, 25-6. Brandon Lashley had two touchdowns for the Red Raiders with Jake Schneider and Ian Augnst each scoring one.
They are 1-0 and will host Bridgeton on Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. at Carey Stadium.
The Lower Cape May-Riverside game on Sept. 7 was suspended with 3:45 left in the first half due to lightning. The Caper Tigers were ahead 14-8 at home and had to resume the remainder of the game at Riverside on Sept. 10. They came out victorious, defeating the hosts 54-38. Pat Moore and Darion Lamar led the team with three touchdowns apiece.
They are 1-0 and will travel to Pleasantville on Sept. 14.
Wildwood will host Clayton on Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. for their first game of the season at Maxwell Field.
