U9 Showstoppers vs. SJ Elite Barons: CE Showstoppers took on the SJ Elite Barons in a great game. Anna Delaney, Grace Murphy, Grace Repici, Carmen O’Hara and Keily Sanchez (2) had fantastic goals. Excellent defense by Reagan Gittle and Ashley Seigel. 

U10 Wolfpack vs. Moorsetown Gunners: Non-stop soccer game by both teams.  Awesome job in goal by Ella McCabe and Ava Vogdes. Unstoppable on defense, were Brooke Nabb, Kaitlyn McGuigan, and Tessa Hueber. Great on offense were Allie Jonassaint, Sofia Sgrignioli and Ella Rulon.    

U12 Sand Sharks-3 at Washington Twp-1: Another flat performance in the first half left the Sand Sharks down 1-0 at the break. Coach Jim Lushok’s halftime adjustments led to the girls coming out with much more aggression. Shannon Kavanagh’s right foot picked off Allie Sutter’s corner kick and started off the scoring within the second half’s opening minutes. Shannon and Allie swiftly added a goal each and the entire team stepped it up to keep the Fusion on their heels. Molly McGuigan and Elaina Nelson both split time in the net and on the field. The defense was anchored in shifts by Kayla Kilroy, Kara McLaughlin, Karlee Mets, Delaney Robb, and Skyla Bowyer kept Washington Twp in check after that early goal. 

U13 Comets Eastern Pennsylvania Invitational Classic (EPIC): The Comets traveled to Yardley Pa. and defeated the North United SC Blackhawks 1-0. Chloe Lawler scored the Comets goal assisted by Jordan Dougherty. In game two vs. Warrington SC Wildcats the Comets battled to a 1-1 draw. Stephanie Carey scored the lone goal. The final game of tournament vs. the host club Yardley-Makefield Soccer Heat the teams once again battled to 1-1 draw. Carmen Licata found the back of net assisted by Carly Lashley. The Comets played outstanding team soccer all three games lead by Isabella Aftanis, Mia Caso and Shelby Repici on defense. Morgan Adams played solid in midfield. Brynn Bock was outstanding in goal.

 

Boys 

U10 Blitz vs. Moorestown SC Sounders: Evan Merritt and Andrew Barber scored for the Blitz. Isiah Carr-Wing, Danial Kotb and Trevor Magill supported the attack. Archie Lawlor was strong on defense. 

U10 Blue Vipers vs. Cherry Hill Blasters: The Blue Vipers celebrated a win, with Brett Reidenbach, Jake King, Chase McCray and John McAllister all scoring for the Vipers. Boussad and Ashton Quinn shared keeper duties. 

U11 Thunderbolts 3 vs. Tarkill Thrashers 1: A Mother’s Day win for the Thunderbolt’s. A strong game was held in the offensive for most of the game led by Toby Worster and Riley Harring. Two goals for Taj Turner and a volley goal by Landon Osmundsen. 

U13 United-2 vs. Haddonfield Bulldogs-0: Connor Bezaire and Oscar Sanchez both scored for the United. Braden Scarpa recorded another shut out for the season.
