AVALON – Throughout the year Brendan’s Fund holds fundraising events to support programs to assist Cape May County families who have a child or young adult with cancer. The community continues to show a tremendous outpouring of support for these events.
Saturday, August 20: 21st Annual Surf Contest, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., at 30th Street Beach, Avalon. Online pre-registration is required at brendansfund.org and is available now. Circle of Friends Ceremony 12:00 p.m. Come and spend a beautiful day at the beach with music, food, friends and family supporting Cape May County pediatric cancer.
Saturday, August 20: 21st Annual Homecoming Fiesta Party at Community Hall 4 – 7 p.m. Come and join us after the surfing contest for all you can eat tacos and games for the kids inside Community Hall. Tickets are $10 at the door.
