COURT HOUSE — Ruthann Hoppe of Wildwood and her Military Macaw named Tony visited the Cape May County Park and county 4-H Fair on July 21.
Hoppe said she enjoys taking Tony on outings, and he seemed to enjoy the ride through the wooded path on Hoppe’s shoulder.
Hoppe said Tony has a vocabulary. “He says hello,” she said.
But Tony remained mum when asked by a child if he talked.
