Avalon Public Works Director Removes Baby Ducks From Harm’s Way

AVALON – A few residents and the Avalon Public Words Department noticed some baby ducks wondering in the street at 40th Street and Dune Drive around 8:30 a.m. on May 7.
Public Works Department Director Bill Macomber responded, got a cardboard box, and safely removed the ducks from the street.
They followed Bill around wherever he would walk once they were out of harm’s way.
