Local strawberries will be prepared ahead of time. All equipment will be provided and everyone is anticipated to be able to take a sample of jam home.
Directions to the Kitchen: Exit 11 off of the Garden State Parkway, Make immediate first left onto Moore Road into the County Crest Haven Complex. The Technical School is about 1/4 mile on right. Upon entering the Tozour building walk down the hall, go in the second set of double doors to the “100 Kitchen”.
