Gorman’s Serving Lower Township for 30 Years

Gorman’s Wines and Spirits has been operating as a full service year round liquor store in Lower Township for approximately 30 years. In June 2009, Wendy Fabietti purchased the store and has given Gorman’s Wines and Spirits a new commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
The liquor industry is a constant challenge — one Fabietti and her staff accept in order to give their customers the opportunity to try new products with the aspiration of being as cost effective as possible.
Our strategy is to purchase goods in quantities large enough to generate discounts that we gladly pass on to our customer base. A current example of this is the 1.75L of Ketel One premium vodka we are currently selling incredibly for less than one dollar over cost.
Keep an eye open while shopping because sales of this magnitude are a constant along with the daily case discounts of wine that are not already on sale. The wine discounts are one case 10 percent and two cases 15 percent on 750ml bottles.
Gorman’s proudly offers easy shopping aisles displaying a large selection of beer, spirits, wines, and micro brews. The wine aisles are identified as domestic and imported, and a neat little caveat is the imported aisle has the country of origin’s flag to make your shopping experience much easier and identified.
Local wines are growing constantly and are proudly available as well. The domestic wine aisle includes a fine wine selection perfect for that very special occasion. Spirits include vodka, whiskey, gin, rum, tequila, scotch, bourbon, cognac, cordials, and more.
Beer has become an enormous industry unto itself. Gorman’s has all the large selections of domestic standard brands such as Budweiser, Coors, Miller Lite, etc. These brands are also bought in high volume all year long with the attempt to give the customers the best available prices.
Micro brews are the newest beer sensation; they are continually growing in all types, and Gorman’s always updates their inventory with all new varieties.
Gorman’s has Nick’s Mix-A-Six program, allowing every customer to create their own six pack of individually priced micro brews without having to purchase the entire six pack.
Gorman’s also sells Growlers. Growlers are 64-ounce containers of micro brews on tap, giving a customer fresh draft microbrew beer. No other liquor store in the area can offer this. There is a special area in the store known as the “Growlers Den.” Just look for “Brewin The Bear.”
To summarize, Gorman’s Wines and Spirits is a liquor store long-established yet modernly managed to the goal of making one’s shopping experience as pleasurable and inexpensive as possible. Their motto is, “The best customer is a repeat one.”
