The very best part of the Christmas holiday as a child was coming home from school one day in the beginning of December to find that Mom (and some elf helpers) had completely transformed home into a winter wonderland.
Every beautiful and nostalgic decoration had been placed, hung, plugged in to light up, and filled with candy. The most perfect, live tree that we had chosen together the previous day was up, strung with twinkle lights and ready to be ornamented with all of our lovely treasures. Some were hideously awkward school picture creations that always found their place in the back.
By far the most memorable part was that first evening of turning off the lamps and admiring that magical tree in the dark of the living room with Mom cuddling on the couch. Merry Christmas and hug your family.

Wildwood – A woman gets run over by a police vehicle on the beach while sunbathing. Yet the herald has not reported on this event and the WW Police are extremely quiet. This occurred 3 weeks ago.
